How we get the price data

A price oracle is a thing that provides off-chain (external) price information to on-chain (blockchain) smart contracts. Prophet uses Pyth Network oracles. This allows to quickly get aggregated and reliable price data and also opens up the possibility of taking bets on various assets outside crypto: Forex, commodities, stocks, etc.
